A Practical Checklist for Private-Label Clothing Programs
2026-05-04 · 7 min

Private-label manufacturing is not the same as buying stock blanks. You are specifying fabric, pattern, trims, labeling, and packing so the garment can live under your brand with no factory identity attached.
Confirm MOQ by color, not only by style. Confirm whether woven labels, care labels, hangtags, and polybags are included. Confirm AQL, shrinkage tolerance, and color approval method before the first bulk cut.
Pindon Clothing runs private-label programs for streetwear, essentials, and sportswear brands that need consistent replenishment rather than a one-off sample.
