Pindon Clothing coordinates sampling, cutting, sewing, decoration, quality control and packing in Dongguan for overseas clothing brands. From first sample to bulk production, each stage follows the approved fabric, measurements, artwork and finishing requirements.
Fabric inspection & cutting
Production fabric is checked before marker planning and cutting. Cutting follows the approved pattern, size grading and production specifications.
Sewing production
Garments move through sewing according to the approved construction details. In-line checks help control measurements, stitching and workmanship during production.
Decoration
Screen printing, puff printing, DTG and embroidery are developed against approved artwork and placement requirements before bulk execution.
Finishing
Thread trimming, pressing, washing where required, measurement checks and final presentation are completed before packing.
Quality control
Measurements, workmanship, decoration placement and finishing are checked against the approved sample and production specifications before cartons are sealed.
Packing & export preparation
Garments are folded, labeled and packed according to the approved packaging requirements. Carton marks and shipment documentation are prepared for export.
